  • Prana (Vital Energy), Nadi (Energy Channels),

  • Pranayama

  • Pranayama influence Kundalini and Chakras.

  • Practices (45 mins.)

  • Normal Breathing

  • Crocodile and Savasana to train Diaphragmatic Breathing.

  • Even, 2:1 Breathing, Complete Breathing.

  • Jala Neti (Nasal Cleaning) *

  • Pranayama (Kapal Bhati, Bhastrika, Ujjai, Nadi-Sodhanam)

  • Step to Meditation.

  • Questions – Answer (10 mins.)

End of session with 2mins. Silence Meditatioin.

*We need separate time for jala neti, here only theory would be discused.
